In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the six66s website accessible at https://six66s.app and all associated pages, games, and services.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cashable incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which use of the Platform is not permitted under applicable law or Platform policy.

References to "we", "us", and "our" mean the six66s platform operator. References to "you" and "your" mean the registered Player or visitor using the Platform.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on six66s or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by six66s for breach of these Terms.
• The registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

six66s reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

You are permitted to hold one Account only. If you discover you have accidentally created a duplicate Account, you must contact support immediately at [email protected]. Deliberately operating multiple Accounts is a serious breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.

six66s will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised the specific action. six66s is entitled to treat all Account activity as duly authorised by you unless we have received prior written notice to the contrary.

six66s supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the Payments page within your Account dashboard. These limits are subject to change; the version displayed in your Account at the time of the transaction is the operative limit.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or requesting withdrawal to a payment account not belonging to you is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a reportable financial offence.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically reflected in your Account balance within seconds of the transfer being confirmed. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are detailed in the Account dashboard. six66s does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which six66s bears no responsibility.

six66s reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on deposits or withdrawals above certain thresholds. During such reviews, the relevant funds may be temporarily held. We will notify you if your transaction is subject to a review and will aim to complete the process without unnecessary delay.

six66s offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail.

Unless a specific bonus term states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable as real money.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate notional balances. Real-money funds are used first in any transaction unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless a specific term expressly permits multiple claims.
• six66s reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already credited to a Player's Account will remain subject to the terms at the time they were credited.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or exploitation of errors will be voided. Associated winnings will be forfeited and the Account may be closed.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, or ICC tournaments are subject to their own stated validity periods. Promotional credits not used within the stated validity window will expire automatically.

All bets and wagers placed on six66s are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Bets placed in error are the Player's sole responsibility.

six66s reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed on an event that was cancelled, abandoned, or decided by means outside the normal scope of the sport.
• The odds or game parameters were published in error and the error was manifestly obvious to a reasonable person.
• There is credible evidence that the outcome of the event was the subject of irregular activity.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms or the specific game rules.

In the case of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account Balance. Winnings associated with a voided bet are not paid out.

six66s offers live betting on cricket and select other sports. Live bet acceptance is subject to real-time availability and market suspension rules. During live events, markets may be suspended at any time, and bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six66s Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their Balance forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false age declarations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds to place bets that you know to be mispriced.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in bad faith after receiving genuine gaming service.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing six66s staff or other players through any communication channel.

six66s is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are strongly encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits within their Account dashboard. These tools take effect immediately upon activation.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, no deposits or bets may be placed. Players who require a longer break may request self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and lasts for a minimum period stated at the time of the request.

six66s will never encourage a self-excluded player to return to the Platform during their exclusion period. If you are aware of a minor attempting to use the Platform, please contact us immediately.

All content on the six66s Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and structural design, is the exclusive intellectual property of six66s or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used on the Platform under licence. Any unauthorised use of such content is a breach of both these Terms and the applicable studio's intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six66s and its operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by a Player in relation to their betting or gaming activity and any resulting financial loss.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their Account credentials secure.
• Any tax liability incurred by a Player in connection with winnings received from the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to standard verification checks.

six66s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require us to do so.
• We reasonably believe the Account poses a risk of financial crime or fraud.

Where an Account is closed by six66s due to a verified breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited in full. We will notify you of any such forfeiture in writing where practicably possible.

The collection and use of your personal data by six66s is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

six66s uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required to operate the Platform lawfully.

six66s reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which six66s is operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute, Players are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. six66s will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your written notice, either party may pursue formal resolution through the applicable legal process.

All communications regarding disputes must be submitted in English and addressed to [email protected]. six66s will acknowledge all formal dispute notices within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
